Connie Justice	Connie has been in Real Estate since 1994, but has years of marketing and sales experience. Her first year in Real Estate she received the prestigious "Rookie of the Year Award" from Columbus Board of REALTORS and has been a multi-million dollar producer ever since. She contributes her success in Real Estate to her love of helping people. Connie is a graduate of Georgia Real Estate Institute, is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Lifetine member of the Columbus Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She holds the New Home Specialist Designation and has also been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned this credential). Since her company joined the Coldwell Banker family, she has been a member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker International Presidents Elite Circle every year. She is actively involved in the Columbus Board of REALTORS. A native of Kentucky, Connie and her family moved to Columbus in 1978. She has six children and ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. To make sure she gives her clients the service they deserve, Connie surrounds herself with an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated team of people.  Six of the eight team members are licensed REALTORS and each of the team brings their own professionalism and concern for the client to "The Justice Department."

Ralph Pearson	Ralph Pearson has been in Real Estate, working for Connie Justice, since 2007.  Although he has not been in Real Estate very long, his love and passion for people show off in his brilliant customer service skills.  Ralph teams with Linda Calcote in Fort Mitchell, Alabama at "MOORE PLACE" Subdivision.
